A comprehensive past and present health history. A bio-mechanical evaluation and musculoskeletal assessment.

PLAN OF ACTION
Using your goals, we collaborate and build a plan of attack to get you back to work, back to health, back to life. We will refer for x-ray, advanced imaging or specialists if required.
CHIROPRACTIC CARE
This is where the magic happens. We use a variety of techniques from very gentle low force, right through to manual corrections. We work with you to get the best results.
REFERALS & COLLABORATION
We have a strong referral system to other health professionals, sports people and rehab support. We will guide and support you towards referral to the right person, with support to make sure you get what you need.
SOFT TISSUE TREATMENT
We use combination of soft tissue techniques to improve function and movement
PRESCRIBED EXERCISES
You will get homework. We ensure long-term results by teaching you how to strengthen the area and prevent reoccurring issues.
