Dr Shelley will lead you through a unique training session, focusing on hip hinging, posterior chain, stabilisation and muscle recruitment.

Our training program uses your own body weight, we will work through a series to fire up the muscles that need to be strong to protect your lower back and Sacroiliac joints. It also works on decompressing the mid spine, creating space. 

 

She currently trains a maximum of 4 people at a time to ensure correct form, individual attention and results. 

 

After suffering with her own debilitating lower back injury, Shelley has spent over a decade learning about lower back rehab and has developed tools and techniques working alongside chiropractic care, working on strength in the right areas and getting people out of pain fast. 

 

She has seen people turn their lives around with simple but specific exercises. All ages and all fitness levels can benefit. All classes are modified to suit the group, so you can start at any time.

 

Classes are run currently at The Chiro Lab and are approximately 45min - 60min
