Dr. Sam Wilkinson

The ultimate research geek, Dr Sam lives to learn about life hacking and performance optimisation

Sam has coached and mentored young athletes from all backgrounds and had an outstanding zero-injury-record for years - unheard of in his sport.

This came down to his exceptional eye for biomechanics, risk migration and identifying athletes areas of weakness before they became an injury or a statistic.

Sam has a 'no stone unturned' approach towards coaching, mentoring, chiropractic and life.

For years Sam suffered with his own allergies and digestive health issues. Frustrated by the healthcare system, he was forced to study and trial different approaches on his own.

Learning to manage his own health, then his athletic output, he progressed in high performance snowboarding. Reaching the pinnacle of success internationally coaching and mentoring in a highly dangerous, intensive and detail orientated sport

His career saw him successfully train, mentor and qualify the youngest athlete in history for the Olympics in his discipline.

Sam has a skilled eye in identifying bio-mechanical issues that can progress to athlete breakdown and injury. Transferring this to his chiropractic analysis, he holds a very unique set of skills, giving him a expert advantage in finding the root cause of an issue.

After 30 back-to-back winters of travelling, competitions and the snow sport lifestyle, Sam's was ready for the next chapter. Utilising his obsession with human performance he knew there was only one option when it came to study - Chiropractic. Sam truely believes in the power of neurology in making profound changes to health and performance. A chiropractic advocate while coaching, he had personally seen the incredible benefits of chiropractic care.

Dr Sam sees patients from all walks of life at The Chiro Lab.

He also provides consultancy for sport teams and individual athletes working towards injury prevention and performance optimisation.
